Park Grand London Heathrow Hotel
MTD Contractors acted as the main contractors during the project and, having worked on many other Park Grand hotels previously, were ideally placed to undertake the works. MTD have undertaken renovation and refurbishment works for the hotel’s sister sites PPark Grand Lancaster Gate and Park Grand Kensington, and so have established a long term, strong working relationship with the client. Works on site began in January 2014 and comprised a full refurbishment of the hotel including supplying the furniture, furnishings and carpets. MTD Contractors, who also acted as the architect and designer on the project, renovated the hotel’s 64 bedrooms installing new wiring and plumbing, as well as implementing impressive new en-suite bathrooms all of which were finished to a high standard.
